  • Spring Clean package prize only for house or dwelling with max 3 bedrooms and must be located in West Yorkshire.
  • 10% Discount does not apply to Home Spring Clean Package
  • Last date for entry 31/07/2013
  • Winner will be randomly selected and contacted after this date.
  • CLEAN2COMPLETE reserve the right to forfit the prize if any of the terms are not met.
  • We will not compromise the safety and integrity of the company or employees with regard to the prize.
  • Your contact details will be kept secure and not passed on to any third parties.
  • CLEAN2COMPLETE may contact you from time to time with offers or info that may be of interest to you.

CLEAN2COMPLETE Terms of Agreement 2013

About this Terms of agreement:

1.1 Our terms and conditions represent a contract which comes into force on agreeing the time and a date to commence specific cleaning work to be undertaken. This contract is made between Clean2complete and you, the Client / customer.

1.2 You agree that any use of the services that is provided by Clean2complete shall constitute your acceptance of our Terms of agreement.

1.3 Clean2complete agrees to perform the work specified by the Client / customer in a professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service.

2. Service:

2.1 If the Client / customer is not satisfied with the standard of the agreed level of service provided by Clean2complete, we will endeavour to rectify this within 7 working days. Provided we are made aware or notified of this within 24hrs of completion of cleaning work by direct telephone call or e-mail to Clean2complete. If however the Clients / customers signature has been provided  and the work is deemed satisfactory upon completion then this exempts Clean2complete’s responsibility to rectify.

2.2 Clean2complete reserves the right to amend the initial quotation/ estimate, should the client's original requirements change or due to incomplete or incorrect initial information. Any cleaning task that has not been agreed should be requested and approved if required (as these may not be covered by Clean2complete’s insurance). If extra tasks or cleaning work are required  whilst commencing work then these tasks may be deemed as chargeable extras and will be added to the final invoice.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms:

3.1 If agreed prior to commencement of work then all cash payments to be made on receipt of invoice dated, or upon completion of the cleaning service provided. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge of 10% of the final invoice for each late payment.

3.2 Commercial payments including cheques and bank transfers strictly within 14 days of invoice dated. Failure to do so will incur daily charges at the Current Bank of England interest rates.

3.3 Existing customers will be given 14 days notice of any price changes.

3.4 Price is subject to review at anytime without prior notice.

4. Cancellation:

4.1 In the event of termination of Services a minimum of 30 days written notice addressed to Clean2complete’s billing address is required.

4.2 Any cancellation or re-arrangement to any scheduled or regular service, a minimum of 7 days notice by direct telephone call or e-mail to Clean2complete is required, (not to be arranged with staff) otherwise the full cleaning service charge of the service amount will be applicable and invoiced. Even if the work has not been undertaken.

4.3 If Clean2complete wishes to terminate scheduled cleaning services with a Client /customer then 30 days written notice will be given.  

4.4 In the event of Clean2complete’s staff being unable to gain access to property due to circumstance beyond our control or the Client /customer’s failure to arrange reasonable alternative, then a cancellation fee of 25% of the final invoice will be applicable. Clean2complete is not responsible for any circumstance beyond our control that relates to access of premise or property.

4.5 In the event of any premise not having sufficient running hot water or electricity supply including lighting and heating then Clean2complete reserves the right to cancel any cleaning work without notice.

4.5 There are no services on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

5. Security and Health and Safety:

5.1 Clean2complete undertakes to provide absolute security for your key and private data at all times. In the event of any keys being lost by Clean2complete, we will make suitable arrangements as soon as reasonably possible.

5.2 To protect our staff, they are instructed not to enter an environment they may consider to be dangerous or hazardous or inoperable for any reason. They are instructed to report the problem immediately and will withdraw from the premise. In this event occurring the Client / customer will be charged 100% of the service fee.

5.3 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that property is clear and tidy for staff to commence cleaning works. Unless agreed before work commences we will only move heavy objects if necessary, safe and appropriate to do so. Moving any heavy objects will not be covered by our insurance and any accidental damage to property when moving heavy objects will not be covered by Clean2complete. Health & safety legislation dictates an obligation to safeguard our staff’s safety and welfare whilst at work.

5.5 Clean2complete will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. The Client / customer should give specific instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems. For commercial premises there should be an authorised person to do this.

6. Equipment:

6.1 Clean2complete’s staff are strictly instructed only to use provided equipment and cleaning products from Clean2complete unless otherwise directed so to do.

7. Equal Opportunities

8. Insurance / Compensation.

8.1 Clean2complete has public liability insurance.

8.2 Damage to /loss of property must be reported immediately in any event. In the event of damage or loss as a result of negligence, both parties, the liability of Clean2complete shall be limited (Clean2complete’s discretion) to repair or cover the replacement cost of the item, taking into account its age and condition. Clean2complete shall not in any event be liable for any loss of profit or consequential loss.

8.3Liability - Clean2complete will not be liable for any liability caused by or arising out of or from: Damage to windows, articles of glass, mirrors, china porcelain, earthenware, stone or other articles of a brittle nature. Clean2complete will not be liable for carpet condition, discolouration or shrinkage of carpets due to standard methods of cleaning. We will verbally and if necessary write cautionary risk assessments to this effect. Clean2complete will not be liable for deterioration of paintwork, woodwork and tiled surfaces if cleaning walls, floors, ceilings or structure of premises using standard cleaning methods and cleaning products. Hot appliances including deep fat fryers, burner and fan assisted ovens, grills etc may have to be cleaned using a caustic solution which may cause some deterioration in aesthetic quality i,e brand names being removed due to cleaning methods which should not cause any effect of the functioning of the appliance.
